As a team, we are dedicated to carrying out thorough research about the Dogue de Bordeaux breed. We are of the opinion that there isn’t enough information on the internet about these lovely dogs. That is the main driving force behind this website as we wanted to give people a place to find out more about them. Most of our findings have been collected from personal experience of owning these dogs and spending a lot of time with them. Therefore, this site should not be taken as scientific fact or veterinary advice.

These canines are loved around the world but the internet is sadly lacking with quality information about their individual traits, which means a lot of people aren’t aware of them. This leads to them feeling alarmed when they first meet this type of dog, but then they quickly start to adore them as they get to know their personality. Other than buying a dog for yourself, the next best thing is reading about them.

We will endeavour to update this website whenever we find out more about the breed, with any information we find intriguing about common misconceptions, traits and training of these dogs. But there will be a fair bit of content to get through.
